I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Earls Court and Gloucester Road tube stations, with a great choice of restaurants nearby. The service was exceptional, with super kind and attentive staff, although there were a few inefficiencies mainly from the front office manager. The dining options were good, except for a slight miscommunication about breakfast times. Overall, I would happily recommend NH London Kensington for its ideal location and friendly service.
